Music Ministry
The Music Ministry serves the church with, you guessed it, music! This is where we express our hearts to God in worship through music. Our worship in music can be pretty diverse. College Ministry
Headed by Ashley Jennings, our Director of College Age Ministries, this ministry is for adults age 18-25ish (or however long it takes you to get through college, no penalty for slackers here). "Roots," our college group, meets for Bible study on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 8:30. If you have any questions about anything college related you can contact Ashley at Ashley@crossroadsjourney.com
Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry is overseen by our Director of Youth Ministries, Jason Donnel. It is also broken down into two groups, senior high, taught by our Director of Senior High Ministries, Matt Jennings, and middle school, taught by Jason. They meet together for Sunday School at 9:15 on Sundays, and for Youth Group Wednesday nights at 6:30. Children’s Ministry
Our Children’s ministry is for kids from 1st through 5th grade. It is headed up by Marc Aaron, our Director of Children’s Ministries. They enjoy Sunday School at 9:15 and Children’s Church which is dismissed part way through the Sunday morning worship service. Nursery
Our nursery ministry is booming! It seems that everyone is having babies! Currently, our nursery program is headed up by Mallory Reynolds, our Interim Director of Nursery Ministries. She is helped by a small committee of experienced moms and a mountain of volunteers. We have nursery attendants for babies and toddlers. In addition, we always have at least two people serving in the nursery during nursery hours so that no children are ever alone with one adult. Outreach Ministries
Our Director of Outreach Ministries is Elizabeth Holmes. We are striving to make outreach a huge part of what we do at Crossroads and what it means to be a church. This ministry is broken into four parts: Evangelism & Missions (taking the gospel to the world), Community Outreach (introducing the church to the community), Community Service (serving the community with no agenda) and Social Justice (helping to make the world a better place). We are active in our community and the world, serving as best we know how, trying to touch the world with the love of Christ.
